The series is actually an adaptation of Edo Van Belkom’s book series of the same name which follows a teenage boy and girl whose lives are changed forever when a California wildfire awakens a terrifying supernatural creature and drives it to attack a highway traffic jam beneath the burning hills.
This new supernatural drama will follow a group of teens who “come together to unravel the secret that connects them - the bite and blood of a werewolf.” Given the title of the series and the fact that it was announced the same day as the Teen Wolf movie, fans have been quick to assume the project is a Teen Wolf spinoff but is this the case?
